What does the membership include?
Our annual membership provides priority scheduling, fixed transparent pricing, member-only discounts, and access to licensed trades — ensuring your property maintenance is consistent and cost-effective.
How much does the membership cost?
Memberships start at just $99/year for Bronze, $396/year for Silver, and $990/year for Gold. All are billed annually per property. We also have an Annual compliance package that can be added to each tier at checkout should you require Rental compliance checks for your property.
When do my benefits start?
Your membership benefits begin 72 hours after purchase, ensuring the membership is used for ongoing maintenance.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships are annual — cancellations take effect at the end of the current annual period.
Why is there a 72-hour waiting period?
The waiting period ensures the membership is used for its intended purpose — ongoing year-round maintenance support — rather than as a one-off emergency option. This protects fair service for all members.
What if I need urgent service during the waiting period?
If you require urgent assistance within the first 72 hours, we can still assess your situation individually — however we cannot guarantee priority service during this period.
Is the membership transferable?
The membership is tied to the property, not the owner. If the property changes ownership, the membership can be transferred with it.
What areas do you service?
We currently service the Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs. Contact us if you're unsure whether we cover your area.
Can I use the membership for multiple properties?
Each property requires its own membership. The membership is tied to each property individually.
Are there any exclusions?
Yes — major works such as extensive excavations, hazardous material handling, and certain specialist trades are not covered. All major works are quoted separately.
How do I sign up?
Sign up online through our website. Your membership activates after the 72-hour waiting period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes — tier changes can be made at renewal time.
What types of properties are eligible?
All residential properties and light commercial properties.
How do I renew?
Your membership renews automatically each year. We'll send a reminder before renewal and you can update payment details or change tiers at that time.
What happens if I sell my property?
The membership transfers to the new owner. Simply notify us of the change and we'll manage the transition.
What if I don't use the service all year?
That's not a bad thing — it means you haven't needed any work done. You're buying peace of mind: when you do need us, we're there.
Are there additional fees?
Standard maintenance is covered. Anything outside the membership scope will be quoted before any work is started.
How do I contact support?

Do you offer emergency services?
Yes. Members receive priority access and we strive to respond as quickly as possible.
Why does only the Gold Tier Handle Handyman services?
Handyman services are reserved for Gold members because this tier is designed to be our most complete home maintenance option. Gold members pay a higher annual membership fee, which allows us to provide access to additional support beyond standard plumbing and electrical maintenance, including smaller odd jobs and general home repairs. It also means we can offer these handyman services at our lowest available rates, giving Gold members a more complete way to manage their property without having to chase multiple trades or worry about whether a job is too small.
